W dniu 05.08.2020 r. Burmistrz Barlinka Dariusz Zieliński podpisał umowę z firmą  pana Sebastiana Owczarza z Moczkowa na realizację zadania pt.: „Mini centrum rekreacyjno – sportowe w Łubiance”.  Wyżej wymieniona inwestycja zdobyła najwięcej, bo 3452,  głosów  w pierwszej edycji zeszłorocznego Budżetu Obywatelskiego dedykowanego sołectwom. W ramach inwestycji, która obejmuje zagospodarowanie terenu w sąsiedztwie świetlicy wiejskiej w Łubiance,  wykonane zostaną następujące elementy:

  • wiata
  • palenisko,
  • stół do szachów,
  • stół do piłkarzyków,
  • grill systemowy betonowy,
  • huśtawka podwójna.

Zakończenie prac zaplanowane jest na koniec września br., a zadanie będzie sfinansowane ze środków Budżetu Obywatelskiego Gminy Barlinek 2020.
