dotycząca wyłączenia czasowego z bezpośredniej obsługi interesantów pracowników

Biura Strategii i Planowania Przestrzennego (pokój nr 12, I piętro)

 

 

Uprzejmie informuję, że pracownicy pokoju nr 12 (na I piętrze) Biura Strategii i Planowania Przestrzennego zajmującym się planowaniem przestrzennym oraz wydawaniem decyzji o warunkach zabudowy tj.:

  • Ewelina Jankowska-Czerwik,
  • Karolina Wołczyk,
  • Oliwia Błaż,
  • Mariusz Andrzejewski

będą wyłączeni z bezpośredniej obsługi interesantów w każdy wtorek i czwartek do dnia 30.06.2026 r.

 

Decyzja ta podyktowana jest zmianami w ustawie o planowaniu i zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym, a zwłaszcza nałożonym obowiązkiem uchwalenia planu ogólnego gminy do dnia 1 lipca 2026 r. oraz wzmożoną ilością wniosków o wydanie decyzji o warunkach zabudowy.

Pracownicy w razie potrzeby (dodatkowych wyjaśnień) będą kontaktować się telefonicznie/drogą elektroniczną  z  wnioskodawcami.
