W dniu 19.08.2024 r. Burmistrz Barlinka podpisała z firmą TOM-BRUK Piotr Tomasiak
z siedzibą w Pakości, umowę na realizację zadania pod nazwą: „Budowa ul. Źródlanej w Moczkowie”.

 

Zawarta z wykonawcą umowa obejmuje realizację robót związanych m.in. z:

  • budową drogi gminnej o długości ok. 300 m, w ramach której zaprojektowano oś jezdni ul. Źródlanej w nawiązaniu do istniejącego zjazdu na DW nr 151. Szerokość jezdni o nawierzchni z elementów betonowych zaprojektowanego odcinka wynosi 5,0 m;
  • przebudową skrzyżowania DW nr 151 w ciągu ul. Gorzowskiej w Moczkowie na dz. nr 306 obr. Moczkowo, w zakresie skrzyżowania z ul. Źródlaną;
  • wykonaniem na zakończeniu ul. Źródlanej placu do zawracania o wymiarach
    12,0 x 12,0 m;
  • budową zatok postojowych dla samochodów;
  • przebudową oświetlenia.

 

Dokumentację projektową dla zadania opracowała firma „Profil TM” Biuro Usługowo-Projektowe Tomasz Marczewski z siedzibą w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim.

Obowiązki inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego pełni firma Zachodnie Centrum Konsultingowe „Euro Invest” Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim.

Wyboru wykonawcy dokonano w trybie podstawowym, zgodnie z art. 275 pkt 1) ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 Prawo zamówień publicznych. Koszt przyjętej oferty to 969 780,22 zł brutto. Na wykonanie zadania przewidziano dwanaście miesięcy od dnia podpisania umowy,
w związku z tym zakończenie robót planowane jest na sierpień 2025 r.

Powyższe zadanie uzyskało dofinansowanie z Rządowego Funduszu Rozwoju Dróg,
w maksymalnej wysokości 60% wynagrodzenia Wykonawcy.
