Zarząd Powiatu w Myśliborzu podjął Uchwałę Nr 14/67/2024 z dnia 7 sierpnia 2024 roku w sprawie wyznaczenia apteki ogólnodostępnej do pełnienia dyżurów w porze nocnej.

Dyżury aptek będą pełnione w porze nocnej w godzinach od 21:00 do 23:00 w miejscowości Myślibórz od dnia 19 sierpnia 2024 roku do dnia 31 grudnia 2024 roku w trybie rotacyjnym przez apteki ogólnodostępne w Myśliborzu:

- Aptekę „Pod Złotą Wagą” przy ulicy Pileckiego 1B w Myśliborzu prowadzoną przez Cristal Farm Kasiak Spółka Jawna, Morzyczyn ul. Diamentowa 11, 73-108 Kobylanka;

- Aptekę Centrum Zdrowia przy ulicy Ratuszowej 14 w Myśliborzu prowadzoną przez Aquapharm Spółka z o.o. spółka komandytowa, ul. Starowiejska 2, 74-220 Bezrzecze;

- Aptekę Centrum Zdrowia przy ulicy Lipowej 7A w Myśliborzu prowadzoną przez Konopka, Malcher Spółka Jawna, ul. Armii Krajowej 13, 74-400 Dębno.

Jednocześnie informuję, że Uchwała Nr LXIX/447/2023 Rady Powiatu w Myśliborzu z dnia 20 grudnia 2023 roku w sprawie określenia rozkładu godzin pracy aptek ogólnodostępnych na terenie Powiatu Myśliborskiego w 2024 roku przestaje obowiązywać.

W załączeniu przesyłam Uchwałę Nr 14/67/2024 Zarządu Powiatu w Myśliborzu z dnia 7 sierpnia 2024 roku w sprawie wyznaczenia apteki ogólnodostępnej do pełnienia dyżurów w porze nocnej, a także informację o rozkładzie godzin pracy aptek ogólnodostępnych na terenie powiatu myśliborskiego w 2024 roku.
