W dniu 28 listopada 2023 r. Burmistrz Barlinka podpisał z firmą TOM-BRUK Piotr Tomasiak z siedzibą w Pakości, umowę na realizację zadania pod nazwą: „Budowa drogi we wsi Ożar (ul. Śliwkowa)”.

Zawarta z wykonawcą umowa obejmuje realizację robót związanych m.in. z:

  • budową drogi gminnej wykonanej z kruszywa oraz płyt betonowych w śladzie kół
    o długości 994,24 m między drogą wojewódzką nr 156, a powiatową 2152Z,
  • wykonaniem chodnika dla pieszych o długości ok. 300 m i szerokości 2,00 m oraz zjazdów na przyległe do niego posesje,
  • przebudową oświetlenia.

Dokumentację projektową dla zadania opracowała firma Lubuskie Centrum Budownictwa Pasywnego Michał Kruczkowski z siedzibą w Chwalęcicach.

Obowiązki inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego pełni firma Mirosław Byczkowski z siedzibą
w miejscowości Baczyna.

Wyboru wykonawcy dokonano w trybie podstawowym, zgodnie z art. 275 pkt 1) ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 Prawo zamówień publicznych. Koszt przyjętej oferty to 1.669.210,28 zł brutto. Na wykonanie zadania przewidziano dwanaście miesięcy od dnia podpisania umowy,
w związku z tym zakończenie robót planowane jest na listopad 2024 r.

Powyższe zadanie uzyskało dofinansowanie z Programu Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich na lata 2014-2020 współfinansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej z Europejskiego Funduszu Rolnego na rzecz Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich, w maksymalnej wysokości 63.63% wynagrodzenia Wykonawcy.
